LGRRC XI Strategic Business Planning and Knowledge Management Audit 2021

The DILG XI conducted LGRRC XI Strategic Business Planning and Knowledge Management Audit on November 3-4, 2022 at Park Inn by Radisson, Davao City. "We should be proactive for the LGRRC XI to be an active center where our partners may seek assistance and to become the core function of DILG," RD Alex C. Roldan said in his opening remarks. In order to have specific interventions in support to the goal of becoming a knowledge-centric Department, the participants came up with a LGRRC Business Plan and Knowledge Management Audit. Further, an Internal Knowledge Management Audit facilitated by ITO I Christian June G. Yap was also conducted in order to have an evidence-based assessment of where DILG XI should focus its knowledge management efforts.
