DILG XI lauds the inauguration of the Provincial Local Governance Resource Center (PLGRC) of DILG Davao de Oro as well as the commitment signing of the Multi- Stakeholder Advisory Council (MSAC) on March 4, 2022 at Capitol Compound, Province of Davao de Oro.

The PLGRRC envisions to serve as an information hub, both physical and virtual, and as a repository of all knowledge products that the local government officials and ordinary citizens may avail.

Provincial Governor Hon. Jayvee Tyron L. Uy expressed his strong belief and conviction that the center will be true to its mission and purpose of professionalizing local elected officials and making them effective partners in local governance.

Provincial Director Noel C. Duarte, with his mantra “be friendly”, is optimistic and confident that the vision of the LGRRC, with the active collaboration of all members of the MSAC and the LGRRC XI, will come into fruition.

Moreover, members of the Regional Local Governance Resource Center XI, headed by DILG XI Regional Director Alex C. Roldan, also showed their appreciation and support to the establishment and operation of PLGRC-DILG Davao de Oro.
