Local Governance Regional Resource Center (LGRRC) XI was rated capable and recognized to have ranked up by six (6) points compared to the previous year’s performance, that is, from a lowly rank 16 to rank 10 during the 2021 LGRRC Assessment.

The Local Government Academy (LGA) announced the result during the national planning conference of LGRRC Core Team and Planning Officers on February 17, 2022 via Zoom.

Cognizant of the fact that more has to be done to sustain this gain, and with the renewed dedication and commitment of the LGRRC XI Team, it is hoped that the rating for this year’s assessment is maintained, or better yet, improved.

The LGA assessed all LGRRCs nationwide last November 26, 2021 on the areas of Capacity, Motivation, Environment, and Relevance and Sustainability.
