The Bunsali ng Yanungan Onse (Center for Wisdom on Local Governance) is a dynamic, interactive, and virtual program facility that contributes to creating the Department of the Interior and Local Government as a knowledge-centric organization (KCO) that builds learning communities that pursue excellence in local governance through knowledge sharing and innovation.
he LGRRC-XI provides knowledge (tacit and explicit) to the internal and external interested parties of the DILG including its five (5) provinces, one (1) highly urbanized city, five(5) component cities, forty-three (43) municipalities, and 1,162barangays.

The essence of multi-stakeholdership in LGRC is ensuring that key players and prime movers in local governance must collectively articulate policies in building a culture that encourage learning and sharing of information and knowledge in promoting excellence in local governance.
