On March 10, 2022, LGRRC XI conducted a planning conference at the Ritz Hotel, Garden Oases, Bo. Obrero, Davao City. Participants also include the personnel from the accounting office.
Discussed during the conference were the result of CY 2021 Assessment, Status of Fund Utilization and the Recommendations from the Local Government Academy on the areas for improvement.







The team also agreed to conduct the following activities to further strengthen the operation of LGRRC XI: Amend Regional Order No. 2022-27 or the Reconstitution of DILG XI LGRRC to include a Financial Facility composing of personnel from the Accounting and Budget Office and Creation of Skeleton Force to man the LGRRC on rotational basis Establish PLGRC in Davao Occidental and relaunch PLGRC in Davao del Sur Reconstitute the Multi-stake Advisory Council Conduct of regular LGRRC Core team meeting (every 1st Friday of the month) Conduct of semestral LGRRC assessment Re-launch LGRRC XI Conduct knowledge sharing during Monday convocation Conduct knowledge learning during field visit to one of the Top performing LGRRCs of the country
LGRRC XI has come a long way, and with renewed fervour and enthusiasm, it is envisioned to be at par with the top performing LGRRCs in the country – fulfilling its mission as a “dynamic, interactive and virtual program that contributes to building the DILG as a knowledge centric organization (KCO) and builds learning communities that pursue local governance excellence through knowledge sharing and innovation”.
